In the Introduction, the objectives, subject matter, target audience, and structure of the book are briefly presented. The main target audience is the members of supervisory and executive boards. The bodies correspond to “Aufsichtsrat” and “Vorstand” in Germany and to “Verwaltungsrat” and “Geschäftsleitung” in Switzerland.
