Zusammenfassung
Unter anderem bedingt durch den demographischen Wandel wird der Arbeitsmarkt in vielen Bereichen zunehmend von Arbeitnehmenden dominiert. In der Folge rückt der Aufbau einer Arbeitgebermarke für viele Unternehmen in den Fokus. Eine besondere Herausforderung stellt dabei das Anwerben junger Nachwuchskräfte der Generation Z dar. Mit Blick auf die steigende Relevanz der Videoplattform TikTok analysiert dieses Kapitel, wie TikTok als Kanal im Employer Branding zur Ansprache der Generation Z genutzt werden kann. Basierend auf einer Umfrage unter rund 200 Angehörigen der Generation Z werden die Erwartungen an die Kommunikation potenzieller Arbeitgeber auf TikTok anhand eines E-Commerce-Unternehmens eruiert. Die Ergebnisse zeigen unter anderem, dass TikTok einen relevanten Employer-Branding-Kanal für die Generation Z darstellt und einen positiven Einfluss auf die wahrgenommene Arbeitgeberattraktivität haben kann, insbesondere mit Blick auf den Innovationswert und den sozialen Wert.
