Zusammenfassung
Im hochkomplexen und dynamischen Baustellenumfeld unterliegt die tatsächliche Bauausführung zahlreichen Einfluss- und Umweltfaktoren, die von der ursprünglichen Prozessplanung abweichen können. Um der konzeptionellen Idee des Building Information Modeling (BIM) gerecht zu werden, ist daher ein bidirektionaler digitaler Datenfluss zwischen Baustelle und Gebäudemodellierung unabdingbar. Die Erfassung des tatsächlichen Baufortschritts erfolgt derzeit hauptsächlich zu Dokumentationszwecken und überwiegend analog und manuell. Für eine effiziente Baufortschrittsüberwachung ist jedoch eine automatisierte Lösung erforderlich. In diesem Kapitel wird die Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer vollautomatisierten Prozesskette zur Baufortschrittsüberwachung auf Basis von Punktwolken und Bauinformationsmodellen vorgestellt. Die Bedeutung des Ansatzes für ein wirtschaftliches Bauen und die damit verbundenen Herausforderungen werden aufgezeigt. Insbesondere werden die Extraktion relevanter Informationen aus großen Punktwolkendaten, die semantische Verarbeitung von Punktwolken zur präzisen Abbildung des Ist-Zustandes eines Gebäudes, die präzise Registrierung von Punktwolken zum Bauinformationsmodell, die Deep Learning basierte Segmentierung und der Vergleich von Soll- und Ist-Zustand zur Identifikation von Bauelementen beleuchtet.
