Zusammenfassung
Die digitale Erfassung von Bauwerken und Baustellen spielt bei der Digitalisierung und Prozessüberwachung im Bauwesen eine immer größere Rolle. In den letzten Jahren haben sich verschiedene Technologien in diesem Bereich etabliert, die für die Baufortschrittsüberwachung eingesetzt werden können. Dazu werden die Grundlagen des Laserscannings und der Photogrammetrie zusammengefasst und anhand von anwendungsbezogenen Fallbeispielen aus dem Bauwesen verdeutlicht und verglichen. Zum Vergleich werden die Punktwolken der verschiedenen Systeme mit den 3D-Planungsmodellen abgeglichen und deren Einsatzpotentiale für die Baufortschrittsüberwachung diskutiert. Als Systeme kommen Krankameras, mobile Endgeräte und terrestrischen Laserscannern zum Einsatz. Die Erfahrungen und Auswertungen der Fallbeispiele zeigen, dass sich terrestrische Laserscanner für hochgenaue und hochauflösende Punktwolken von großen Baustellen und Umgebungen eignen. Für die gezielte Digitalisierung von Bauteilen oder Bauabschnitten mit geringen Genauigkeitsanforderungen bieten photogrammetrische Aufnahmen mit Tablet-PCs eine schnelle und kostengünstige Alternative. Für Hochbaustellen eignen sich zudem besonders Krankameras, die das Baustellenumfeld dauerhaft erfassen und so den Baufortschritt kontinuierlich festhalten. Sie bieten ideale Voraussetzungen für eine bildbasierte digitale Baufortschrittsüberwachung im Rohbau
