Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel werden Technologien und Ansätze zur automatisierten Vorfertigung im Bauwesen und deren Umsetzung im Internet of Construction (IoC) beschrieben. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf der Implementierung von Robotertechnologie und Industrie 4.0-Prinzipien für den Zusammenbau komplexer Stahlbaugruppen. Die Vorteile und Herausforderungen von modularen und intelligenten Arbeitszellen auf Basis des Cloud Remote Control von Robots in Architecture Research sowie die Integration von haptischer Roboterprogrammierung und Mensch-Maschine-Schnittstellen werden aufgezeigt. Erfahrungen aus Planung, Simulation und Einsatz im industriellen Produktionsumfeld werden präsentiert. Die Kombination von Industrie 4.0-Technologien ermöglicht eine neue Generation verteilter Produktionssysteme mit konfigurierbaren Arbeitsräumen und Fertigungsprozessen, die einen fünften Typus der Fabrikanlagensystematik darstellen und auch teilautomatisierte Anlagen mit Mensch-Roboter-Kollaboration umfassen. Dies bietet große Chancen für die Bauindustrie, stellt sie aber auch vor neue Herausforderungen. Die erhöhte Flexibilität in der Anlagengestaltung kann die Planungskomplexität erhöhen, sodass eine nutzerfreundliche Gestaltung von zentraler Bedeutung ist.
