Zusammenfassung

Eine Führungsperson steckt in ihrem Körper und lässt sich nicht von ihm lösen. Wie wir eine Person mit ihrem Körper, Kleidung und Aussehen wahrnehmen, beeinflusst auch, wie wir sie als Führungspersonen verstehen – oder eben nicht. Wer an Führung denkt, denkt an einen Mann, meist im Anzug, denn so sieht Führung gemeinhin – noch – überall aus. Wer Körperlichkeit nicht bespricht, kann auch nicht hinterfragen, dass weibliche und nichtbinäre Körper, verschiedene Hautfarben und Menschen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen kaum in Führungspositionen vorkommen. Führung ist nicht neutral, körperlos und ohne Geschlecht. Vielmehr befinden sich Menschen mit ihren Körpern in Organisationen und nehmen andere auch mit ihrem Geschlecht war und werten sie subjektiv im sozialen Kontext.
