Zusammenfassung

Im Diskurs über Führung wird das Geschlecht gewöhnlich kaum thematisiert, womit die in Organisationen dominante heteronormative Männlichkeit zum Bezugspunkt wird. Dieser Mainstream der traditionellen Betriebswirtschaftslehre wird deshalb auch als „Malestream“ beschrieben. Gerade in Deutschland tendiert die führungsbezogene Managementforschung dazu, Genderthemen unbewusst zu maskieren.
