Zusammenfassung
Alle Menschen haben ein Geschlecht und dieses beeinflusst ihr Arbeitsleben und ihr berufliches Fortkommen. Das wollen wir eigentlich nicht wahrhaben, denn es soll ja um unsere Kompetenz gehen, um unsere Leistung und um gleiche Möglichkeiten für alle. Dass die Welt anders tickt, zeigt sich beim Blick in die Top-Etage: Wer an Führung denkt, denkt (noch) an einen Mann. Frauen und auch nicht-binäre Menschen sind in wichtigen Leitungspositionen und einflussreichen Machtpositionen in der Wirtschaft, Politik und Kunst recht selten, und ihre Anzahl steigt vielerorts nur langsam oder stagniert in vielen Bereichen.
