Zusammenfassung

Leistungserbringung im Gesundheitswesen erfolgt arbeitsteilig. Das bedeutet, dass die Versorgung der Patienten nur durch eine intensive Zusammenarbeit gelingen kann. Dabei spielt die Kooperation und Kommunikation vor allem bei Medizinern und Pflegefachpersonen im Krankenhaus eine bedeutende Rolle.
