Zusammenfassung
Gut abgestimmt zu sein ist wichtig für Produktmanager*innen – dies gilt unabhängig von der Unternehmensgröße oder der Branche, in der man arbeitet. Eine gute Abstimmung, oder neudeutsch „Alignment“, ist eine notwendige Voraussetzung dafür, dass Produktmanager*innen Vertrauen gewinnen können. Und Vertrauen ist wiederum die Grundlage für viele Erfolgsfaktoren modernen Produktmanagements, wie etwa eine möglichst autonom iterierende Arbeitsweise als Produktteam oder auch eine effiziente Entscheidungsfindung. Der folgende Beitrag beschreibt näher, warum und in welchen Situationen eine gute Abstimmung wichtig ist und wie man sie herbeiführt.
