Zusammenfassung
Wie kann gute Arbeit in digitalen Kontexten für Dienstleistungen menschenzentriert gestaltet werden? Dieser Frage geht der Beitrag konzeptionell nach und entwickelt ein Konzept für den Einsatz von Instrumenten und Methoden zur Gestaltungsunterstützung für Organisationen im Rahmen der Digitalen Transformation in der betrieblichen Praxis. Auf der Grundlage einer Methodik zur kognitiven Belastungsanalyse werden Integrationsoptionen als digitale Mitarbeiterunterstützung oder digitale Mitarbeiterbeteiligung ausgeführt, um digitale Arbeit motivierend und gesundheitsförderlich zu gestalten.
