Zusammenfassung

Angesichts erheblicher Herausforderungen wie veränderter Kundenerwartungen und neuen „InsurTech“-Wettbewerbern stehen Krankenkassen in Deutschland unter Handlungsdruck. Zugleich wurden durch das „Digitale-Versorgung-Gesetz“ Rahmenbedingungen für einen Digitalisierungsschub geschaffen. Wie können Krankenkassen ein digitales Serviceangebot aufbauen, um auch in Zukunft für die Versicherten Mehrwerte zu bieten?
