Abstract

The following chapter will cover a broad range of topics, which are necessary to understand why things are done today as they are and how and through what they were influenced and still are today. Therefore subsection 2.1 will elucidate how Austria’s view on women in its country changed since the patriarchal system was eliminated. Those developments and the view on women are even nowadays an influencing and in one way restraining factor for women.
