Abstract
The case of H. M.has come up multiple times for the AKJP Heidelberg but has never been settled. Due to the attention given to the case during the trial in 2017, the institute decided to commission a scientific inquiry into understanding the “Causa H. M.”. Here the commissioning and the advisory structure of the present study are briefly outlined.
