Zusammenfassung
Mit den avisierten Änderungen von MiFID II werden Abfragen zu den Nachhaltigkeitspräferenzen für Finanzberaterinnen und Finanzberater zur Pflicht. Mit Inkrafttreten der Verordnung müssen unter anderem Banken bei der Anlageberatung Kundinnen und Kunden aktiv auf das Thema Nachhaltigkeit ansprechen. Insbesondere unter verbindlichen und gleichen regulatorischen Voraussetzungen kann ein präzises Verständnis von Nachhaltigkeitspräferenzen der Kundschaft in einem kompetitiven Marktumfeld zu einem entscheidenden Wettbewerbsvorteil werden. Obgleich eine automatische Pflicht zur Empfehlung nachhaltiger Produkte sich ausschließt, ist eine erhöhte Nachfrage erwartbar. Unter Berücksichtigung jüngster Entwicklungen im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit & ESG wird in dieser Ausarbeitung nachhaltige Geldanlage unter Berücksichtigung von Anlegerpräferenzen kritisch beleuchtet. Hierbei soll insbesondere auch auf Unterschiede in den Bedürfnissen verschiedener Anlegergruppen eingegangen werden. Abgeleitete Handlungsimpulse sollen eine zielgerichtete Ansprache und eine praktikable Handhabung von Nachhaltigkeitspräferenzen unterstützen.
