Die Entwicklung interkultureller Kompetenzen beginnt mit der Analyse von Wahrnehmung und Vorurteilen an realen Beispielen, gefolgt von Kommunikation und interkultureller Sprachkompetenz. Interkulturelle Managementkompetenzen, das Cage Distance Framework und das Gravitationsmodell werden als formale Methoden eingeführt.
