Abstract

Changing sedentary behavior is a valuable undertaking according to the empirical data. This is especially true in the context of university teaching. However, the question remains to what extent the everyday and ultimately normalized behavior in the teaching-learning context, such as sitting, can be questioned and how it could be changed? From a theoretical perspective, sedentary behavior is a behavior with a high degree of habituation.
