Zusammenfassung

Im folgenden Kapitel werden unterschiedlichste Möglichkeiten Agilität zu skalieren und agile Skalierungsframeworks aus einer theoretischen Seite erfasst und beschrieben. Die agilen Skalierungsframeworks, die beschrieben werden, sind Scrum of Scrums (SoS), das Nexus Framework, Large Scale Scrum (LeSS), Large Scale Scrum Huge (LeSS Huge) das Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), das Spotify Modell und Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD). Anschließend werden die unterschiedlichen agilen Skalierungsframeworks in der Theorie untereinander gegenübergestellt.
