Zusammenfassung
Das Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) findet eine breite Anwendung im öffentlichen Sektor und wird immer mehr als Treiber der Digitalen Transformation verstanden. Dieser Artikel berichtet aus Erfahrungen in der Neuausrichtung der EAM-Services in der Deutschen Rentenversicherung Bund, stellt eine Vorgehensweise unterstützt von Value Proposition Canvas (VPC) vor und zählt die konkreten EAM-Services auf, die mittels der Methode erstellt wurden.
