Zusammenfassung

Die Innovation von smarten Produkt-Service-Systemen (sPSS) bietet Unternehmen zahlreiche Potentiale, geht jedoch auch mit nicht zu vernachlässigenden Herausforderungen einher. Diese Studie erhebt den Status quo der Innovation von sPSS, sowohl mittels einer Umfrage unter Unternehmen als auch literaturbasiert, um anschließend acht Gestaltungsleitsätze für integrierte sPSS-Innovationsprozesse abzuleiten. Diese Gestaltungsleitsätze dienen als Grundlage der Gestaltung einer sPSS-Anwendungskarte, die Unternehmen bei der Bewältigung von Herausforderungen und dem Ausschöpfen der Potentiale von sPSS-Innovationen unterstützt.
