Zusammenfassung

Die Polyeder (Vielflache) sind Körper, die aus Ebenenstücken gebildet werden. Es sind sehr viele verschiedene Polyeder möglich. Die Dachelemente des "Maison de l'homme" in Zürich von Le Corbusier (Bild 6.1) werden aus Polyedern gebildet. Aus gekippten Polyedern wurde das UFA Kinozentrum in Dresden von Coop Himmelb(l)au zusammengefügt (Bild 6.2).
