Zusammenfassung
Die Digitalisierung beschreibt einen durch digitale Technologien getriebenen fundamentalen Transformationsprozess von Organisationen und ganzen Branchen mit weitreichenden Auswirkungen für die Arbeitswelt und unsere gesamte Gesellschaft. Vor diesem Hintergrund hat sich ein erheblicher Weiterbildungsbedarf in vielen Organisationen ergeben, der häufig durch externe Bildungseinrichtungen gedeckt werden soll. Seit fast 20 Jahren bietet das Zentrum für Weiterbildung der Universität Hamburg (ZFW) E-Learning Angebote, um zumindest einen Teil des facettenreichen Bedarfes zu decken. Das neu entwickelte Zertifikatsprogramm „Change Management für den digitalen Wandel“ baut auf den Erkenntnissen des vorangegangenen Programms OLIM – Online Lernen im Management auf und integriert die virtuelle Teamarbeit als zentralen Baustein in ihr didaktisches Konzept. Unter dem Motto „Lernen über und mit der Digitalisierung“ arbeiten die Teilnehmenden der Weiterbildung in hierarchielosen, selbstgesteuerten und interdisziplinären Teams an spezifischen Konzepten und Fallstudien mit digitalen Tools im virtuellen Raum, um sich fachliche Inhalte anzueignen und ihre Kompetenzen für die vernetzte Arbeitswelt 4.0 auszubauen. Mit Praxisbeispielen aus der Weiterbildung der Universität Hamburg lässt sich zeigen, dass die virtuelle Teamarbeit sowohl einen direkten als auch einen indirekten Beitrag für die Gestaltung digitaler Transformationsprozesse leisten kann.
