Abstract
Chapter 4 covers the approach and the reasons for the empirical analysis, which was derived theoretically and backed up with qualitative data. First, the research questions of this work and the derived hypotheses from Section 2.4 are presented in an overview and the research model is illustrated to recall the efforts made so far. The reasoning behind a paper–pencil-questionnaire to test the derived hypotheses and the questionnaires’ structure are described.
