Zusammenfassung
Als Ausgangspunkt wird das bis heute bekannteste Wandelkonzept, das Phasenmodell, dargestellt und einer systematischen Kritik unterzogen. Im Nachgang wird ein prozess- und interaktionsorientiertes Verständnis von Organisation und Wandel entwickelt, welches vier Perspektiven beinhaltet: Kultur, Macht, Kommunikation, Widerstand. Dieses Verständnis bietet ein differenzierteres Bild von Organisationen und wird der Komplexität von Veränderungsprozessen eher gerecht. Im Anschluss daran werden diese Perspektiven handlungsorientiert übersetzt mit dem Ziel, Führungspersonen, Change Agents sowie Beteiligten an Veränderungen konkrete Hinweise zu geben, wie dynamische Wandelprozesse reflektiert gestaltet werden können. Hierzu zählt: 1) kulturbewusst denken und handeln, 2) Entscheidungsprozesse unter der Akteurs- und Machtperspektive strukturieren, 3) authentische und beteiligende Kommunikationsprozesse gestalten, 4) einen produktiven Umgang mit Widerstand pflegen. So kann das in Wandelprozessen enthaltene Entwicklungs- und Lernpotenzial genutzt werden.
