Zusammenfassung
Die Rationalität von Entscheidungen wurde in den vergangenen Jahrzehnten im Bereich der Finanzanlagen infrage gestellt. Die traditionellen Finanztheorien entsprachen nicht mehr den Anforderungen der sich weiter entwickelnden Erklärungen im Hinblick auf das Investitionsverhalten. Elemente der Finanzwissenschaften, Soziologie und Psychologe verhalfen dazu, dass die Handlungen der Individuen verstanden werden können. Die zugrundeliegenden Faktoren zur Interpretationen von Informationen geben Auskunft darüber, wie die Entscheidungen zustande kommen. Die Adaption bestehender Modelle der Verhaltensökonomie von „Behavioral Finance“ auf die Wirtschaftskriminologie und deren Verhaltensmuster in Form von „Fraud Behavior“ zeigt erstaunliche Parallelen und Anknüpfungspunkte für Verantwortliche auf.
Der Horizont vieler Menschen ist wie ein Kreis mit Radius Null. Und das nennen sie dann ihren Standpunkt
