Zusammenfassung

Der vorliegende Artikel im Fallbeispiel der Tele-Audiologie hat zum Ziel, durch die explorative Gegenüberstellung aktueller Marktentwicklungen der Hersteller und Marktanforderungen der Nutzer die Bedeutung der verschiedenen Akteure als Quelle für neue Dienstleistungsinnovationen zu bewerten. Aus einer qualitativen Bedarfsanalyse werden die akteursspezifischen Barrieren der Nutzerintegration abgeleitet und schließlich ein konzeptionelles Modell entwickelt, welches Implikationen für das Management KI-basierter Dienstleistungsinnovationen im Gesundheitswesen aufzeigt.
