Zusammenfassung

Zukunftsgerechtes Führen kann sich nicht ausschließlich auf seine disziplinarisch oder funktional zugewiesenen Mitarbeitenden beschränken. Vielmehr müssen in einem 360-Grad-Ansatz alle Stakeholder integriert und geführt werden . Methoden zum Aufzeichnen der gesamten Führungsmatrix, der Reichweite und die Kategorisierung der beteiligten Stakeholder bezüglich ihrer Projektrelevanz werden vorgestellt. Durch die Methode der Leadership-Visualisierung können selbst komplexe Projektstrukturen eindeutiger dargestellt werden. Die Verknüpfung von Führung zu Human Resource Management (HRM) wird anhand des Personalmanagementhauses (House of HRM) dargestellt. Eines der wichtigsten Führungsmodelle, das Modell des situativen Führens von Hersey und Blanchard, wird vorgestellt und seine Implikation für das zukunftsgerechte Führen als auch die Einbettung in den HRM-Lifecycle werden aufgezeigt.
