Zusammenfassung
Die menschliche Stimme wird täglich zur Kommunikation eingesetzt. Dabei geschieht dies meist unbewusst und ohne Beachtung dessen, was sie über uns aussagt, welche Informationen aus ihr gewonnen werden können und welchen wertvollen Beitrag sie leisten könnte zur Früherkennung von Krankheiten wie dem Morbus Parkinson (MP). Werden Innovationen aus Medizin und Informationstechnologie in einem interdisziplinären Ansatz verbunden, eröffnet dies neue Chancen dahin gehend. Die vorliegende Arbeit beleuchtet die Möglichkeit zur Frühdiagnose von MP mittels Stimmauswertung unter Zuhilfenahme von künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) und geht dabei ein auf das Krankheitsbild des MP, dessen spezifische Symptome und Merkmale als Basis zur Frühdiagnose, die Möglichkeiten der Stimmauswertung mittels kinetisch-akustischer Biomarker, Big Data, maschinellem Lernen und KI.
