Notes
- 1.

Hinweis auf der Github-Seite: „We very much regret that we, the previous OIL development team, are no longer able to support the OIL project with immediate effect. It will not be developed any further by us and we will not provide any bugfixes or security patches from now on. As an open source project it will remain available. For this reason OIL.js is no longer a registered CMP and does not support TCF v2.0. If you want to continue using OIL or develop it further, please register yourself at IAB.“, (GitHub.com [OIL.js] 2020). https://github.com/as-ideas/oil. Zugegriffen: 20. September 2020.

„A CMP must disclose Vendors’ GVL information, including Legal Bases, as declared, and update Vendors’ GVL information, including Legal Bases status in the Framework, wherever stored, according to the Specifications, without extension, modification, or supplementation, except as expressly allowed for in the Specifications.“ TCF V2.0 Policy, Chapter II, 4. Adherence to the Specifications (IAB 2020a).
- 6.
„If a CMP reasonably believes that a Publisher using its CMP is not in compliance with the Specifications and/or the Policies, it must promptly notify IAB Europe according to MO procedures and may, as provided for by MO procedures, pause working with the Publisher while the matter is addressed. For the avoidance of doubt, where a commercial CMP receives an instruction from a Publisher that is in violation of these Policies, the CMP shall not act on the instruction.“ TCF V2.0 Policy, Chapter II, 7. Working with Publishers (IAB 2020a).
