Zusammenfassung
Das Herz dieses Buches stellt Kap. 5 dar. Bis hierher haben wir den Kontext, eine Meta-Sicht auf organisationale Entwicklung und Lernen, sowie die Auswirkungen auf den organisationalen Rahmen beschrieben. Nun geht es darum, diese Erkenntnisse auf Lernen zu übertragen.

Informelles Lernen wird in der Literatur unterschiedlich definiert (z. B. Cerasoli et al. 2018; Kaufmann 2012; Kyndt und Baert 2013). Es bezieht sich auf Lernen außerhalb formaler Kontexte (wie z. B. Kurse, Trainings, …) und ist nicht an vorgegebene Lerninhalte, Zeiten oder Formate gebunden. Es erfolgt primär selbstgesteuert und im Prozess der Arbeit. Es entsteht aus Aktivitäten, die nicht primär dazu dienen zu lernen. Informelles lernen erfolgt oft spontan und unbewusst. Unter informelles Lernverhalten fällt z. B. Beobachtung von anderen, Fragen stellen, Austausch, ….

Wir wollen im Rahmen dieses Buches den Begriff Lernräume (Learning Spaces) wie folgt nutzen: Für uns bezieht sich ein Lernraum nicht rein auf den Lernort (physischer Lernraum), sondern inkludiert auch alle virtuellen Räume und sozialen Situationen in denen Lernen erfolgt (vgl. Dehnbostel 2018). Lernräume entwickeln sich durch das individuelle oder gemeinschaftliche Handeln von Personen im Prozess der Vermittlung oder Aneignung von Kompetenz. Sie können intentional gestaltet werden und dauerhaft bestehen oder beiläufig entstehen und nur temporär existieren (vgl. Kraus 2015).

Learning Experience steht dabei für jede Art von Erfahrung, in der Lernen absichtlich (intentional) stattfindet (Neelen und Kirschner 2020).
