Zusammenfassung
Lernen in Organisationen kann nicht losgelöst von der Organisation als Ganzes betrachtet werden. Organisationen können entlang ihrer organisationalen Entwicklungsstufe unterschieden werden. Dieses Kapitel stellt die unterschiedlichen Entwicklungsstufen von Organisationen anhand des Spiral Dynamics Modells unter Einbezug der jeweiligen technologischen Entwicklung dar und verknüpft diesen Ansatz mit unterschiedlichen Reifegraden des Lernens in Organisationen. Beide Perspektiven werden im New Work Development Framework verknüpft und modellhaft gegenübergestellt. Das Kapitel schließt mit der Identifikation von Transformationshebeln, die Ansatzpunkte aufzeigen, um den Reifegrad des Lernens in Organisationen weiterentwickeln zu können.

„Trans“ in transkontexuell bedeutet für uns über etwas Hinausgehendes und in Wechselwirkung befindliches, was aussagen soll, dass die multiplen Kontexte um eine Organisation herum, sich auch gegenseitig beeinflussen. Wie z. B. der Staat das Bildungssystem und das Bildungssystem die Familie beeinflusst und umgekehrt.
