Gegenwärtig ringen viele in der Beratungsbranche tätige Menschen, Coaches und Supervisoren damit, wie in eine Arbeits- und Lebenswelt, die durch Unberechenbarkeit, Unsicherheit, Komplexität und Mehrdeutigkeit (VUCA) gekennzeichnet ist, beste Beratungsformate und Ressourcen für Klienten eingebracht werden können. Dies ruft nach agilen und innovativen Konzepten, die eine möglichst umfassende Beratungspraxis ermöglichen.
