Zusammenfassung
Die Arzneimittelversorgung in Krankenhäusern im deutschsprachigen Raum weist teilweise unzureichende strukturelle und prozessuale Merkmale hinsichtlich Versorgungsqualität und Versorgungssicherheit auf. Ziel ist es daher, lösungs- und patientenorientierte Maßnahmen zu entwickeln, die sowohl die patientenbezogenen Anforderungen als auch die medizinische, pflegerische und therapeutische sowie die wirtschaftliche Perspektive berücksichtigen. Es stellt sich die Frage: Welche relevanten und strategischen Einfluss- und Erfolgsfaktoren zur optimierten Gestaltung der inhouse Arzneimittelversorgung und Klinischen Pharmazie im Krankenhaus können mittels eines adaptierten Analytic Hierarchy Process (aAHP) identifiziert und priorisiert werden? Mittels eines adaptierten aAHP wurden die Arzneimittelversorgung und Klinische Pharmazie in Krankenhäusern im deutschsprachigen Raum erforscht. Hierbei wurden subjektive Experten- und Anwenderprioritäten erhoben, Ursache-Wirkungs-Zusammenhänge visualisiert, ein erweiterter Erfolgskreislauf entwickelt und relevante Steuerungshebel mittels Paarvergleichsmatrix und Effektivitätsfront identifiziert. Hieraus ergeben sich die relevanten Stellhebel Kommunikation, Koordination und Controlling für eine zielgerichtete Entwicklung und Optimierung des komplexen Systems der Arzneimittelversorgung und Klinische Pharmazie im Krankenhaus. Diese identifizierten Stellhebel gilt es, im Weiteren gezielt konzeptionell und operativ zu bearbeiten. Hierzu bietet sich ein integriertes Konzept und eine abgestufte Roadmap an, welche neben innovativen Logistikinstrumenten auch spezielle Kommunikationsansätze sowie interprofessionelles Wissensmanagement umfassen.
