Zusammenfassung
Sowohl in der Forschung als auch im praktischen Diskurs verlaufen die Argumente darüber, welche Auswirkungen die Digitalisierung auf Beschäftigte haben kann, oft in gegensätzliche Richtungen, sind also widersprüchlich. Dieser Artikel geht der Frage nach, wie Widersprüchlichkeiten in der digitalisierten Arbeit für individuelle Beschäftigte konstruiert werden. Auf Basis einer Analyse des öffentlichen Diskurses innerhalb der Sozialpartnerschaft werden drei Arten von Widersprüchlichkeiten identifiziert: Handlungs-, Technik- und Organisationsambiguitäten. Im Ergebnis zeigt sich, wie im sozialpartnerschaftlichen Diskurs ein aktiver Umgang mit den Widersprüchlichkeiten entsteht – in Form einer Suche nach organisationalen und kollektiven Lösungen jenseits einer Abwälzung der Verantwortung auf das Individuum.
