Abstract
This chapter elaborates on the research contributions of this study by summarizing key findings, which answer the research questions and fill in the research gaps identified in Section 2.3. Section 6.1 presents a research synopsis by highlighting research gaps that this study addresses and summarizing the approach of this study. Section 6.2 summarizes how this study serves the answer to research questions determined in Section 1.3 by elaborating research implications of this research.
