Zusammenfassung

In der internationalen Literatur sind zwar zahlreiche Begriffserklärungen für den Themenkomplex der Unternehmenskrise vorzufinden, jedoch existiert keine verbindliche Definition. Betriebswirtschaftlich haben sich in Deutschland Begriffserläuterungen nach Müller (1986), Krystek (1987) sowie Gless und Schwalbach (1993) etabliert. Unternehmenskrisen stellen demnach ungeplante und ungewollte Prozesse von vergleichsweise kurzen Zeitabschnitten und begrenzter Beeinflussbarkeit dar.
