Zusammenfassung
Zunächst fokussieren wir uns auf uns selbst und unseren gezeigten Enthusiasmus zur Motivierung von Studierenden. Anschließend gehen wir verschiedene Motivationsformen durch: Intrinsische vs. extrinsische Motivation (inkl. Interesse) sowie Leistungs-, Macht- und Zugehörigkeitsmotivation. Danach gehen wir die (Lern-)Zielsetzung von Studierenden zur Eigenmotivation durch und wie wir diese Ziele in einem Rubikonmodell in konkrete Handlungen überführen können. Abschließend werden diese Theorien und Modelle in konkrete Praxisbeispiele überführt.

Es ist dort als wiederkehrendes Thema, mit ungleichem Wortlaut, aber gleichem Inhalt zum o. g. Zitat, auf den Seiten 285, 400, 491 und 668 zu finden.

Der gewissenhafte psychologische Forscher mag zu Recht einwenden, dass intrinsische Motivation und Interesse durchaus noch zwei separate Forschungsbereiche und Konstrukte darstellen. Dies ist korrekt, jedoch sprengt eine gewissenhafte Ausdifferenzierung an dieser Stelle den Inhalt und das Ziel dieses Buches.
