How can the body in white in a rigid body model be correctly represented and how are the load and passengers represented? For which load cases does the aerodynamics have to be considered?

The required accuracy depends on the programs you use. Usually, an error message will prevent you from being able to calculate until the coordinates are sufficiently accurate.
