Zusammenfassung
Radikale technologische Veränderungen führen in der Regel zur Anpassung der Geschäftsmodelle in den betroffenen Geschäftsbereichen. Gerade bei langfristigen radikalen technologischen Veränderungen werden etablierte und neue Geschäftsmodelle häufig parallel ausgeübt (vgl. [19] und [34]). In einer solchen Situation ist die Wahl der Organisationstruktur zur Umsetzung der Geschäftsmodellanpassung von hoher Relevanz [21].
