Abstract
This dissertation explores how a focal provider can drive productivity in the context of networked service delivery. Part III aims to support this goal by contributing to a better theoretical as well as practical understanding about existing approaches for driving service productivity from a network perspective. As highlighted before, scholars from different disciplines have proposed diverse approaches aiming to enhance service productivity (e.g., Böttcher & Klingner, 2011; Carlborg & Kindström, 2014; Carlborg et al., 2013; Geum, Shin, & Park, 2011; Pritchard, Harrell, DiazGranados, & Guzman, 2008).
