Abstract
Part II introduces the key concepts applied throughout the dissertation to answer the research questions depicted in Part I. They serve as the conceptual foundation of the systematic literature review presented in Part III and guide the exploratory case study delineated in Part IV. Moreover, they direct the selection and adaptation of relevant theoretical foundations for the DSR study presented in Part V.
