Zusammenfassung
In diesem Beitrag wird auf Basis von Studien und aktuellen Fachpublikationen eine Übersicht über den Einsatz von künstlicher Intelligenz in der Medizin gegeben. Zunächst wir eine quantitative thematische Einordnung von Fachpublikationen vorgenommen. Nachfolgend werden Einordnungen der KI in der Systemmedizin, der Dermatologie, der Kardiologie, der Onkologie und der Medikamentenentwicklung vorgestellt. Im Anschluss wird über das Verhältnis Mensch vs. Maschine, exponentielle Technologien, KI, ML, Blockchain, VR, Geschäftsmodelle/Plattformökonomien, Krankenhaus und Versorgungsstrukturen, Faktor Mensch, neue Dreiecksbeziehung: Patient-Arzt-Maschine, Open Data, Open AI berichtet.
