Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel liegt der Fokus auf der Automatisierung von HR-Prozessen, insbesondere unter Verwendung von Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Zunächst werden die generellen Anwendungskriterien und Einsatzszenarien von RPA erläutert, bevor konkrete Use Cases aus vier HR-Bereichen beschrieben werden: Recruiting, On- und Offboarding, Stammdatenmanagement und Reporting, Personalbetreuung, Gehaltsabrechnung bzw. Reisekostenabrechnungsprozess. Bei der Diskussion der Beispiele werden kritische Aspekte aufgezeigt und auf die zentrale Rolle von Change Management eingegangen.
