Abstract
The generalizability of these findings towards the whole population of non-native ayahuasca drinkers is statistically uncertain due to the active self-selection of participants within this non-experimental design without randomization and rather small sample seizes. The generalization towards the whole population of ayahuasca -experimenting non-locals should, therefore, be avoided for the present.
