Abstract
This master thesis contributes to the existing literature by offering qualitative research evidence and generating new insights. A case study was conducted to explore which resources are important for survival for incubators in developing countries and how incubators in developing countries can absorb these (external) resources and transform them into their own organizational competencies. In order to answer these questions, a suitable resource taxonomy from the literature was first used to categorize and classify the relevant resources for incubators in developing countries.
