Zusammenfassung
Eine Herausforderung des 21. Jahrhunderts besteht darin, gute und leistbare Pflege anbieten zu können. Es gibt zahlreiche Diskussionen darüber, wie innovative Anwendungen und neue Serviceleistungen in der täglichen Versorgung von pflegebedürftigen Menschen implementiert werden können. Im Rahmen dieses Beitrages werden insbesondere die Bedeutung von Leadership sowie die Reflexion der sozialen Identität der Pflege als zentrale Faktoren identifiziert, um Innovationen innerhalb von Pflegeheimen voran zu treiben.
