Zusammenfassung
Spektroskopie beruht auf der Wechselwirkung elektromagnetischer Strahlung mit Materie. Strahlung wird dabei von Materie absorbiert oder emittiert. Nahezu alle Spektroskopiearten verwenden Strahlung in dem in Abb. 1.1 gezeigten Wellenlängenbereich.
