Zusammenfassung
Der Zugang zum heimischen Markt ist heute der Trumpf der Handelsdiplomatie. Dieser sticht umso höher, je größer der heimische Markt ist. Der Euro ist daher der entscheidende Stützpfeiler für den Gemeinsamen Europäischen Markt.
Die deutsche Schuldenbremse ist inkompatibel mit einem dauerhaft stabilen Euro. Denn mit ihr kann Vollbeschäftigung im Gesamtraum des Euro nie erreicht werden. Diese würde unter heutiger Fiskalpolitik utopisch hohe Exportüberschüsse voraussetzen. Ein zu Unterbeschäftigung verdammter Euro wird zerbrechen.
Daher muss die internationale Fiskalordnung auch auf die Nationalstaaten des Eurogebiets angewandt werden.
Die hieraus resultierenden Pflichten Deutschlands bieten die Chance für eine deutsche demografische Wende durch eine offensive Ermutigung zur Einwanderung von Fachkräften.
