In diesem abschließenden Beitrag werden die Beiträge in diesem Sammelband zum Anlass genommen, die bisherige Stellung und Ausrichtung gesellschaftlicher Kommunikation in der Ernährungsforschung zu reflektieren. Es wird zusammenfassend aufgezeigt, wie die in diesem Band zusammengeführten Beiträge bisherige Perspektiven bereichern und erweitern können und ein Ausblick für zukünftige Ernährungskommunikationsforschung gegeben.
