Abstract
Table 19 documents the architecture and construction parameters of the assessed strategies: existing buildings from the 1950s-60s, renovated buildings, and new buildings. The five buildings of Moltkestraße 3-19 used in the evaluation are balanced together first, then evaluated as a single unit. All renovated and reconsolidated scenarios are based on the same architectural concept, which doubles the total district floor area through new highly efficient living surfaces by building additional floors and extensions.
